After delivery of your
order, if you are not fully satisfied with your
new digitized photos, we will, at your request,
re-scan your photos at no additional charge until
you are satisfied with the results. After
re-processing, if you are still not satisfied
with our service, we will refund your payment
and return your original materials (please
refer to our terms and conditions for more
information on our refund policy).
